JOURNEY TO THE FITNESS STAGE, 2015

What an amazing year (2015). With our coach Mike Jackson of The Fitness Centre keeping us on the straight and narrow and never missing a show and always there to cheer us on, I along with my teammates and friends achieved high placements at our numerous shows.
Nichole Alexopoulos and I were even invited to share our stories in Inside Fitness Magazine – Inside Fitness Nation. Feeling proud and happy to share this accomplishment with the phenomenal Nichole – and so blessed to have shared this amazing and crazy & fun journey with my other ever so talented and beautiful friends and fellow athletes: Julie Cadamov Vidinovski, Melissa Proulx and Diana Ara-ujo.
Blessed too for all the love and support from my husband, daughter, family and friends! THANK YOU!

SAF Toronto Spectacular 09-2015 Video
The 2015 SAF Toronto Spectacular, held September 12, marked the third year straight for the event. Fittingly, the quality of the competitors was at an all-time high.
This video shows what the audience never gets to see: the fun that the competitors have backstage. As the women who participate know, there’s nothing else quite like a SAF competition – on the stage and off of it.
